Our 2 showers were not working putting us in a dire situation. We contacted few plumbers but had complicated ways for booking their service or providing in our view a very simple quote. We gave up on these inefficient administrative burden and contacted Eastern Ottawa Plumbing. Eureka, someone alive is answering! After few minutes of discussion, we got the problems identified and a bulk park cost estimated as it is always hard to be precise without seeing the problems and the surrounding conditions. Less than 45 minutes the plumber, « Rob »  (Mcllwrath) was at our door with a big smile ready to tackle the problems. After few hours both showers were in operation. That is what I call « efficiency ». I have to mention that not only Rob is a very pleasant person but reliable, professional and highly skilled plumber. As a curious person, I had the chance to learn a lot with him since he volunteer to share his knowledge. I will not hesitate a second to recommend his company and his services.  

Explained both steps to take for if my leak ever reoccurred or for any problems further. Also made recommendations in terms of getting our curb box located, explained what the previous owner had done and why they might have done it and methods to rectify the problems caused by that. Personable, knowledgeable and through, my only issue was his hesitancy to go ham and cut into walls to get what he needed. Which in retrospect is likely a courtesy to people on account of not everyone being happy to cut Access panels in their walls. 🙂 Thanks Anthony, we do our best to protect your home!

Contacted Rob to help figure out why my outdoor hose faucets weren't working. Described to him the situation and he knew exactly what was wrong, and came the next day to fix the problem. He was very upfront about pricing, and rates were very reasonable. He worked quickly and showed me how to prevent the hose bib from freezing in the future -- which I really appreciated. Will definitely use him again for plumbing issues!

They installed a water filtration system that removed the chlorine from the water. The change was very noticeable. Our water now tastes great. Also, I have sensitive skin and I'm noticing less skin irritation. Pricing was reasonable. Job was done when they said it would be. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

THave had Rob come in on a number of occasions. He has fixed backwards and leaky faucets (Hot water coming from Cold). He has installed a new toilet. He has installed a home water filtration system for me. And has also installed a Hot Water Flow Pipe from my Tankless Hot Water Heater to my Air Handler. Every time he has been very knowledgeable of what was needed for the install, and very friendly! The job’s always been done right the first time and have never have needed him to come back and fix/service anything he’s installed. I highly recommend them!

Issue with defective Delta Cartridge for shower quickly resolved with a replaced cartridge which Rob picked up personally. No shower issue minimized and resolved by 10am. Very pleasant and friendly service. Would definitely recommend to others.
